JTProperties is a Real Estate company registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agent, Malaysia. We are based in Petaling Jaya a suburb of Kuala Lumpur City, Malaysia. Our business involves Real Estate services in the Selling and Leasing of Residential , Industrial and Commercial properties in and around the Klang Valley of Kuala Lumpur.
The company was incorporated in October 1997. Our people comprises mainly of Property Negotiators and Sales Support/Administrative staff.
Our Real Estate Negotiators are trained and have been successful in marketing Residential, Commercial and Industrial properties for Individuals, Property Developers, Banks and for Danaharta – Malaysian Nasional Asset Management Company which was set up during the 1998 Asian Financial Crisis. We have been successful in helping Danaharta sell some of their big ticket properties through their tender exercises.
